This document covers Quack Chat's policy regarding the storage and processing of user data. At account creation, Quack Chat stores the following user data: the e-mail address used to register the account, the IP address used at account creation, the username and the encrypted password of the account. When a membership is purchased for an account, our payment provider may store some personally identifiable information, such as the user's name, e-mail address, and credit card billing information. Quack Chat does not store more user information than necessary to provide its services. Also, Quack Chat does not share any user information with third-parties. Quack Chat may disclose user information if required by law. When user data is sent to Quack Chat's servers, it is done through secure mechanisms, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Quack Chat does not have ads. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by logging in the game, going to settings and clicking "Request Data Deletion".
